Same Day Dispatch
Davenport-Burgess strive to process all orders received before 3:30pm (Mon – Fri) on the same day. Any orders received
after 3:30pm are processed and dispatched the next working day. Please note that sometimes orders received close to 3:30pm, large
volumes or more complex requests cannot be dispatched immediately and may be dispatched the following day.
Carriage Charges:
UK Mainland - Small Orders (First Class Post):
Small orders despatched by first class post incur a delivery cost of £2.95.
UK Mainland - Next Day Delivery (Standard Carriage Charges):
Order values of £80 (exc. VAT) or more are delivered carriage paid.
Order values below £80 (exc. VAT) are subject to standard carriage charge of £6.50
UK Mainland - Additional Chargeable Services:
Before 10.30am delivery £12.60
Before 12 midday delivery £9.50
Saturday AM delivery £14.00
N. Ireland - 2 Working Days Delivery (Standard Carriage Charges):
Order values of £100 (exc. VAT) or more are delivered carriage paid.
Orders values below £100 (exc. VAT) are subject to standard carriage charge of £15.
N. Ireland - Additional Chargeable Services:
Next Working Day delivery £17.50 (orders under £80 exc VAT)
Republic of Ireland - 2 Working Days Delivery (Standard Carriage Charges):
Order values of £150 (exc. VAT) or more are delivered carriage paid.
Orders values below £150 (exc. VAT) are subject to standard carriage charge of £17.50.
Please be advised from 1st November 2021 multiple parcel shipments to the ROI will incur an extra day in transit time.

Once dispatched, orders can be tracked using the tracking services of the relevant courier.
