I do not have an account with you. Can I still place an order?

Yes you can still place an order. A valid method of payment must be received before we dispatch your items.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept all major cards excluding American Express.

How do I open an account?

Do you have minimum charges?

A

Yes, minimum credit card charge of £10 and minimum account (invoice) charge of £10

Do you waver shipping charges?

A

Yes, all orders over £80 nett will be shipped free of charge.

How will my order be dispatched?

A

All orders will be processed straight away and shipped 1 st class.

I am in desperate need of my order, can it be dispatched straight away?

A

We do our utmost to make sure that all orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched immediately, but unfortunately cannot guarantee the order will arrive the next day.

What if I accidentally order the wrong items. Can I get a refund?

A

As part of the Daveport-Burgess fair trading policy, any items not required are to be returned to us within 7 days and a credit note will be issued.

What do I do if my order doesn’t arrive?

Call our sales department and we will track and trace the order for you.

Can I add to an order once it has been placed or combine 2 orders?

As most orders are processed as soon as we receive them, this leaves very little time for you to add to or adjust your order. If you need to make amendments to your already placed order, then please call our sales team on 01902 366448 as soon as possible.

Are out of stock items automatically placed on back order?

A

No, if you wish to back order and items you must inform our sales team.

Q

I want a salesman to visit my shop. What do I do?

A

Please email or call our sales department on sales@davenport-burgess.com / 01902 366448 and we will instruct a salesman to call you to arrange a visit.
